All homes come with fridge, stove, dishwasher, complete window covering, maple, oak or white cabinetry, a wide variety of decors, full vinyl siding, and shutters.  We also offer options including tile, hardwood and laminate flooring, jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces, and garden or patio doors.

Here at Classic Modular Homes our first goal is to make our customers happy.  We pride ourselves on our excellent service and customer follow-up.  All of our homes have a full 1 year warranty and a 7 year structured warranty.

Homes vary in size from 900 to 2,400 sq ft.  We have 16 & 20 wide homes, as well as double wides, offsets, and modular houses to be put on basements.  We invite you to come and view all of our homes so you can see the difference yourself.
